Leads Global becomes a member and Vice-President of the Executive Committee of the Tax Africa Network (TAN).
Created in early 2022, TAN was conceived and designed to be part of the continent’s changing economic landscape. This network was founded by experienced tax professionals in Africa with extensive experience in international taxation. These professionals have decades of experience in leading international tax firms, working on complex projects and investments on the continent.
Ryan Allas, Chairman of the TAN Executive Committee, believes that "the members of the TAN network are committed to creating a reliable network in different African countries with a specific mandate to provide customized solutions to companies around the world". The network offers opportunities for sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices in tax matters as well as a platform for discussions on current international tax issues impacting the continent. TAN Secretary Maname Fall said that 'this framework of exchanges, experiences and opportunities on the one hand and of reflection and training on the other will certainly be a platform for innovation, self-evaluation and excellence'.
TAN members are convinced that, as an actor in the legal and fiscal environment, TAN’s contribution to the development of the continent lies in its know-how.Make and its capacity to take charge of complex tax and legal issues related to Africa through the pooling of its intellectual property.
According to its treasurer Olivier Rwamasirabo, "TAN is an exciting platform to showcase our cutting-edge tax capabilities internationally. It is destined to become the most robust and reliable tax network across the continent."
