As part of a continuous growth dynamic to meet the needs of their clients, ACT Africa and Leads Global have decided to unite. On 28 October, the two firms announced the signing of a partnership to improve their service offerings to their clients in the CEMAC area in general, and in Gabon in particular.
“We are pleased to form this partnership between two renowned African institutions with extensive internal expertise and in-depth knowledge of domestic markets,” said the Director General of ACT Africa. "This agreement is in line with the contribution to Africa’s development in which we are moving forward with determination,” added Fabrice NZE-BEKALE.
Indeed, corporate clients are increasingly seeking global solutions, particularly in terms of financing, M&A consultancy or project structuring for local or foreign investors. The partnership between ACT Africa and Leads Global is designed to respond to this market evolution.
“It is an honour for Leads Global to sign this partnership with ACT Afrique Group to offer high-level African expertise to companies and investors wishing to operate in Africa,” said the Managing Partner of Leads Global. "Our two companies are based in Africa, we have a good knowledge of the African business community. We are therefore in a position to provide solutions adapted to the continent’s economic players,” said Serge Dimitri MBA BEKALE.
