The objective of the training was to inform and exchange with the companies of Telecommunications, Water and Energy as well as transport on the best practices to be developed in the context of the implementation of this new finance law. This training focused on legislative changes in tax matters, the identification of the consequences of changes within companies, the anticipation of possible regularisations, the exchange of experiences on current issues.
The exchanges focused on the impact on corporate taxes (IC), the Personal Income Tax (PIT), the Value Added Tax (VAT), the Real Estate Contribution of Built Properties (ECBP) and on tax procedures and miscellaneous provisions.
